How to browse our catalog and add items to your cart?
We try making placing an order as easy as possible.
Registration in not need to browse our catalog and to add items to your cart.
To browse please use the search engine you find on the left side of the screen. THere you also find our products' catalog main categories and sub-categories.
You can add to your cart the items by clicking the "BUY" botton. If your product has different variants (i.e. size, color) you need to select with the pul-down menus or in some cases (i.e. windsurfing sails) from a table or a list.
Only available variants are shown.

How to proceed with your order?
To confirm your order login to your shopping cart by clicking the "View" in the "Shopping Cart"section  on the left side of the screen.
 Check selected items and quantities and make changes (you can delete intems from the cart, change quantities or continue shopping).
Click "Next" to login or register if you are a new user.

How to change the shipping address?
During check-out, once you are logged in, enter your shipping address.

You can choose to use the same address you have registered with or add a different address.

If your country does not appear in the list, it means wie don't have pre-organized shipping informations. In this case please contact us to organize specific shipping for your country.
How to know if my order is confirmed?
All products and products' variants that are shown on our website are available for purchase.
Your order is confirmed from the moment your ordering and confirmation process is concluded.
For orders with slow payment methods (such as bank transfer) they will be kept in stand-by untill payment's evidence is sent. Such as orders will be cancelled if no payment's evidence is sent within 48 hours.

What happens if one of more items are not available?
In case one or more items you have ordered turned out to be no more available you will be promptly contacted.
If delivery time is too long according to your expectations, your order will be cancelled.
If payment is already done you will be promtly refunded.

How to pay?
Confirm your order by selecting shipping method.
Proceed with bank transder of some amount as your total oder confirmation.

As transaction's decription please use your order's number.

How do I Know my order status?
Once you logged in go in the cotrol panel cliching the "Panel" button in the upper right corner of your screen.
You can monitor your order staus.
Order status' can be:
STAND-BY - your order is confirmed;
CANCELLED - your order has been cancelled because products are not avaialble or payment was not received;
PIAD - your order is confirmed and payment is received, we are about to start shipping;
SHIPPED - your order is on its way.
How to track down your order?
Once your order is in our carrier's hands you will be notify with an automatic email from our carrier (GLS). You will find there all your shipping and tracking details.
For big volume shipping outside Italy automatic on-line tracking will not work. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Delivery time and carrier info
If your order is confirmed and you are not concted by use for any delaying issues, shipping starts within two days from completing your order.

Delivery time:
Center and North Italy - 1 day
South Italy and Islands - 2 days
Other European Countries* - 3 to 5 days
*(extra delays for smaller islands)

Shpping is provided by TNT. On TNT website you find all branch details and tracking information.

In a product page right, below product's description and price click the "shipping cost" button.
Fill in the form that pops up and your shipping costs is estimated.

We have ree shipping promos on many items!
Instead of the "shipping cost" button you will find a "free shipping" sign!
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
After first failed attempt we receive email notifaction. We will promptly contact you and organize delivery for next day.

Return shipping cost.
Return shipping costs are at your expenses.

If return is due to our fault or mistake or product failure, shipping costs are at our own expenses.
Change & Refund Policy
When you are returning purchased items we ask you to choose from our Change or Refund option.

You can buy other items for the return value or you can freeze your credit for next order.

When you ask for refund you will have your money back right way.
Paypal and credit card payment can be refunded very quickly (commissions included).
Other payments such as bank transfer are refunded on customer's will.
